License Plate Reading (LR) Cameras
Prompted by several requests for enhanced security from residents in the valley, the Friends of Pacheco Valle (FPV), a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, is reaching out to HOA members and single-family homeowners to measure their interest in the installation of license plate reading (LR) cameras along Alameda del Prado, near the entrance to the valley.
To this end click on the “LR Camera video” button below of a YouTube recording from a Zoom meeting on September 15, 2025 regarding LR cameras. FPV hosted the meeting with Lt. Alan Bates of the Novato Police Department, members of the FPV Committee and about 50 Pacheco Valle residents.
FPV is planning to refurbish this rotting retaining wall facade either with new wood or stucco over the cinder blocks underneath. This retaining wall is located on the right-hand side of Alameda del Prado at the S-curve.
